Pump Dance Dress Code

Pre-school Combo: Dancers will need pink ballet shoes. They can wear any color or type of dancewear your toddler is comfortable in.

Jazz/Jazz Funk?Pom/Lyrical/Contemporary/Turns & Technique/Leaps & Turns/Open Stretch/Legs & Feet: Dancers may wear tan jazz shoes or go barefoot. They can wear any type or color of form-fitting dancewear. For example, dance tops, sports bras, booty shorts, biker shorts, and leotards.

Tap: For younger dancers, black patent leather tap shoes. For older dancers, a black jazz tap shoe. They can wear any color or type of form-fitting dance-wear.

Ballet/Pre-Pointe: Dancers may wear any color or pattern leotard and tights, a ballet skirt optional, with pink canvas split sole is fine for little girls. Please have your hair in a clean bun.

Hip-Hop: Dancers may wear dancewear or t-shirts and sweats.

Ballroom: Dancers can wear any type and color of form-fitting dance top, sports bra, or leotard with a fringe skirt or any type of short skirt that moves. They will need ballroom shoes. Hair in a neat ponytail or bun.

Males: Dancers will need black shorts above the knee, any color t-shirt or tank (solid color, fitted), black ballet shoes for ballet, tan jazz shoes, or barefoot for jazz.

Pump Company: Dancers will need ballet shoes. They can wear any type or color of form-fitting dancewear. For example, dance tops, leotards, sports bras, booty shorts, and biker shorts. Hair in a neat ponytail or bun.
